From gigantic beachside boulders to uninhabited islands, the British Virgin Islands are a dreamland of volcano-formed islands in the Caribbean worth sharing. These intoxicating BVI travel destinations will have you snapping the photos of a lifetime.

Bubbly Pool

Pack your water shoes and check out the Bubbly Pool in Jost Van Dyke. It’s a nature-made jacuzzi when the ocean waves hit just right. You’ll find Bubbly Pool just a short distance away from Foxy’s restaurant and beside Diamond Cay.  Expect to take a bit of a hike to reach the pool, for scenery that’s well worth it.

Sandy Spit

Sandy Spit is the Virgin Islands’ favorite desert island. Located halfway between Sandy Cay and Green Cay, it’s a tiny half-acre bit of sandy beach surrounded by unimpeded ocean. It’s the perfect place to get that shot that says “I spent my vacation in paradise.”

The Caves at Devil’s Bay

Between Spring Bay and Devil’s Bay, Virgin Gorda, is a geological wonder known as The Caves. These gigantic boulders form an intimate arrangement of tiny wading pools. Light filters in between the boulders to create a spectacular show, for a photo op like none other.

Clear Bottom Night Kayaking

Nighttime is the best time for a perfect photo when you’ve got colorful LED lighting and a clear underwater view. Foxy’s offers clear bottom kayaking at night to explore sea turtles, rays, tarpon, and more. Bonus: Colorful lights look awesome in nighttime photography.

Beef Island

Not only is Beef Island gorgeous, it also affords the perfect view of the surrounding islands. And while you’re there, stop in at Trellis Bay for local shopping and dining.

Scrub Island Spas

Take a selfie at a spa. Spend a romantic day on Scrub Island, a semi-private destination known for its spas and luxurious amenities.

Marina Cay

Bask in the flower-covered bliss that is Marina Cay and try to get a photo that’s as stunning as the real thing.

Sonic Charters can get you to any of these destinations. Just ask your boat captain to take you to the BVI, and prepare to be delighted.
